A Saturday FULL of Fun

Saturday is jam packed. Weightlifting is back in session at 7:00am followed by 9:30am CrossFit and 10:30am CrossFit. At Noon we will begin our Community WOD! Bring a friend to try CrossFit and show them why you love CrossFit ShooFly! Afterwards we will head to Draft Line Brewery for good beer and food trucks on a sunny 70 degree day in February. Fitness, Friends, and Food Trucks, what more can you ask for?
