Suggested Start ~ 65%, working up to a heavy 2 rep

B. Bench Press (60% x 10, 70% x 8, 75% x 5, 80% x 3, 90% x 1)

C. Metcon (Weight)

Superset x 3:

DB Hammer Curls x 10
60 sec weighted plank b/t e. set

Use weight plate placed between the shoulders for the weighted plank. Hold the "push up" position using hands not forearms.

D. 30 Burpees For Time (Time)

Complete 30 burpees as fast as possible
