Regardless of your nutrition and exercise goals, this six week Food Ninja Program can teach you valuable skills to clean up your diet and create life long habits.

Coach Street has a Master of Science in Food and Nutrition from Meredith College in Raleigh, North Carolina. Before opening CrossFit Shoofly, she was an adjunct professor and Head Strength Coach at Meredith College working in the Exercise, Nutrition, and Human Performance Department. She also worked as a Health Fitness Specialist and Diabetes Educator at Wake Med Health and Hospitals. Pursuing her passion of exercise science and nutrition, she has worked with a wide range of clientele.

C. Metcon (AMRAP - Reps)
