Join us for Yoga on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month at 6:30pm. This Thursday August 10th at 6:30pm Jennifer Fortin will be leading the classes. Jen is a certified personal trainer as well as a certified sport yoga instructor, specializing in yoga for athletes. Jen has had the pleasure of working with the former Carolina Railhawks, as well as various collegiate and competitive high school teams and individual athletes. She has studied with the leading expert on Yoga for athlete’s in the country, Sage Rountree, and will further her education with Sage in the Fall of 2017. As a former competitive athlete, she knows the importance of injury prevention, which is what her yoga for athlete’s classes are heavily focused on. Jen prides herself in developing individualized programs for the specific athlete and sport/sports they are involved in. Her classes are structured so that all levels can participate with ease and reap the full benefits of what the class has to offer.
