A. Snatch (10 minutes to work up to a heavy single)
Focus on hitting a solid lift. Squat Snatch is preferred, however, if you catch it high just hit the lift solidly.
B. Back Squat (3x5 75%)
C. Metcon (Time)
10 Push Ups
RX+ = Weighted Push Ups w 45/25 # Plate
