A. Back Squat (Work up to a Heavy Single )

Then, take 75% of what you hit for  your heavy single and complete 2x6.

B. Metcon (Time)

3 RFT:

5 Strict Pull Ups
10 G2OVH 95/65
10 Ring Dips
10 FR Lunge Steps 95/65
400m Row

Pull Up Scale  = Lightest Band or Lowest Ring Row Possible

Ground to OVH can be power snatches or power clean & push jerk (athlete choice)

Ring Dip Scale = Diamond Push Ups
