Overall, the aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general, and inclusive fitness supported by measurable, observable and repeatable results. The program prepares trainees for any physical contingency- not only for the knowable but for the unknowable, too. Our speciality is not specialization.

Want to start CrossFit but have never done it before? Foundations is a required class for all newbies. This 6 class course is designed to teach you the basics we think you should know before being thrown into a larger group.
