Overall, the aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general, and inclusive fitness supported by measurable, observable and repeatable results. The program prepares trainees for any physical contingency- not only for the knowable but for the unknowable, too. Our speciality is not specialization.

Foundations

Want to start CrossFit but have never done it before? Foundations is a required class for all newbies. This 6 class course is designed to teach you the basics we think you should know before being thrown into a larger group. 

ShooFly Barbell Club

For the more experienced lifter and anyone high school age and older who is interested in the sport of weightlifting (snatch and clean & jerk). Taught by USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coaches. 

Sports Performance

This class is designed for the scholastic age athlete participating in sports. This program focuses on injury prevention, increase in strength, power, speed, and agility.
