Beach Season Food Ninjas


It is that time again to dial in the nutrition game and use our Ninja skills to get closer to accomplishing our goals! 

As always, you can become a Food Ninja even if you have not done the previous challenges. Each challenge does get a little harder but don't worry, you have a coach and fellow ninjas that will help you learn how to eat to fuel your performance, lose fat, and gain muscle! 

Here is what to expect in this Food Ninja:

- More advanced tracking through Wodify Rise App

- Detailed eating and hydration plan to follow 

- Activity Minimum Goals 

- Pre and Post weigh in and 7- Site Body Comp Assessment

- 60 Minute Nutrition Seminar at CrossFit Shoofly (date TBD)

- MVP winner for the participant who has the most percent change at the end of the challenge (4 weeks). 

This challenge is led by Amanda Street, head coach at CrossFit Shoofly holding a Masters in Nutrition Science and 6 years experience nutrition consulting.
