Amanda Street, MS, CSCS, TSAC-F, CFL2
CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, Sports Performance, Rugby, Tactical Strength and Conditioning
Street is a former professional Rugby Player with a Masters in Nutrition and Bachelors in Exercise Physiology from Meredith College, Raleigh NC. She played collegiate basketball at Shepherd University and then represented her country on the rugby field for 4 years leading up to the 2014 Rugby World Cup. After moving to Raleigh to pursue her Masters she began her career as a strength coach working at CrossFit Invoke, UNC-CH Olympic Sports Weight Room, and Head Strength Coach at Meredith College. She is the Owner and Head Coach of CrossFit Shoofly.
Chelsea Torres Blum, MS, CFL1, USAWL2

Chelsea is from Raleigh, NC and found her love for coaching and movement as a Track and Field athlete in high school. For the past six years she has been a student at East Carolina University earning her Bachelors in Health Fitness and her Masters in Kinesiology. Chelsea has been with CrossFit ShooFly since day one and continues to play a key role in daily operations and athlete management.
David Johns, CFL1
CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, Gymnastics
David brings a wealth of knowledge to the staff. A natural at coaching others and motivating athletes to give their best effort. David also leads as a head coach at CrossFit Invoke in downtown Raleigh, NC.
Danielle Lee, MS, CSCS, CFL1
Specializations Sports Performance, Olympic Weightlifting, Lacrosse, Soccer, Basketball
Earning her Masters in Sport Science and Coach Education at East Tennessee State University, Danielle has diverse experiences within the confines of sport performance and strength and conditioning. While at ETSU, she was the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach of Milligan College Women’s Basketball teams and assisted in coaching Team USA and Team Great Britain athletes (bobsled& canoe/kayak). Additionally, she worked as an intern with North Carolina State University Strength and Conditioning and was a former athlete at Meredith College playing soccer, basketball, and lacrosse.
Zach Boone, CFL1, USAWL1

Zach is studying Human Biology in his first year of undergrad. He began CrossFit 5 years ago and found the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. He has been competing as an 85kg lifter for the past two years and has qualified for USA Weightlifting Junior Nationals two years in a row. Zach will also be competing at the 2018 University Nationals. When Zach is not studying or coaching Crossfit he leads youth gymnastic classes. He is passionate about pushing athletes to be their best both in the gym and out in the community.
Brad Marshall, M. Ed., CFL1

Brad is a Human Performance Coach who has worked with athletes, soldiers, first responders, and corporate employees to develop and implement mental skills and mindset training to reach the next level in their respective fields. He was a two sport athlete, competing in football and baseball at the Division III level collegiately. Brad then went on to earn a masters degree in Sport Psychology. He is a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer, and is passionate about working with people to support them in reaching their goals and breaking down mental barriers both in and out of the gym.
David Boyd, CFL1
Specializations: CrossFit, Tactical Strength and Conditioning, Mixed Martial Arts, Powerlifting
Boyd is a full time career Police Officer and United States Marine Corps Veteran. During his time in the Corps he served as an Airport Rescue and Firefighting specialist and also ran a personal security detail while deployed to Afghanistan. Boyd has experience in a wide variety of sports to include; Mixed Martial Arts (specializing in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu), lacrosse, BMX, rugby, soccer, hockey, and gymnastics.
Eric Johnson “EJ”, BA, CFL1, CSCS, USSF “B”, NASM-CPT
Specializations: Sports Skill Development, Strength and Conditioning, Soccer, Track and Field
Eric Johnson is a former collegiate and professional soccer player whose career included time in the U.S and Turkey. After his playing days were over, Eric turned his attention to coaching as well as strength and conditioning. He has served as Strength and Conditioning Coach at Princeton University and then came to North Carolina to serve as a staff coach for Campbell University’s soccer program. Eric is now part of the North Carolina FC coaching staff and personal trains a wide variety of clientele while competing in track and field as a decathlete.
