Once upon a time I was the kid that never took his shirt off on a hot summer day at the beach. I was overweight, had no confidence and was extremely shy (still am). During my college years as I worked at a local gym part time,  fell in love with fitness. First it was running, then weight training, and then cross training. I felt accomplished, had more confidence and everything was within my reach. It was this feeling that lead me to help others.
